Telehealth Services
Individual Counseling Services
Individual counseling services are available for children, adolescents and adults. Currently telehealth services are only being offered. This is done via Doxy, a medical platform which provides a confidential video chat for session. Sessions typically are a therapeutic hour (50mins) and require an intake with consents for treatment. Please keep in mind, crisis counseling is not available (if you are experiencing an emergency please call 911 or go to your local ER) Individual counseling services are on a voluntary outpatient setting, which can be utilized to explore, understand and gain tools for an array of struggles.
If individual counseling sounds like a good fit for you and you are prepared to get started. You can continue to my Headway account. Once account is created in Headway, you can schedule and put in insurance information.
Fees
I believe in mental health services being assessible and for many people finances can be a large set back. Self-pay rates are included below. I am currently accepting Carelon and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. In January of 2025, I will be accepting Oxford, United Healthcare, Oscar Health, Cigna and Aetna. With that in consideration, a sliding scale is offered to those who qualify and are self-pay. If this is something you are interested in applying for, please click here.
