Need someone to talk to? Want to feel better? Want to improve your relationships? Want to improve your parenting skills? Feeling lost? Feeling empowered to take control of your feelings? Want to cope better? Want to communicate better? Want your child to feel supported? Want to help your child? Want to work on family dynamics?
If you can answer yes to any of these questions, counseling could help you. If you can't answer yes, but are still here looking into counseling... it could benefit you too!

Typically a session lasts 50minutes. Intake session is usually a little longer and sessions are available for 30minutres, as well. Treatment duration varies per client based on their needs.

Counseling can be expensive- I get that. I offer a sliding scale for clients who qualify, you can apply by clicking here. Decisions are based on poverty levels of the current year and a discount up to 50% can be offered. I am also accepting insurance providers: Carelon and BCBS of Massachusetts. As of January 2025, I will also be accepting Oxford, Oscar Health, Aetna, United Healthcare and Cigna.

-What is a qualified supervisor and do I need one?
When new counselors graduate with their graduate degree, in order to become licensed in the state of Florida they must complete a 2 year supervision under a qualified supervisor. I am one for those hoping to become a LMHC. If you are not currently or not planning to be a registered mental health counseling intern seeking licensure--- then this does not apply to you.
